Agdayo works fully offline for planning a solo trip, no account needed. Create a trip from the Trips tab, then add activities, accommodations, transport, and a budget from the trip's detail screen.
To plan with others, sign in from the Profile tab (Apple, Google, or email/password), then open your trip's Share option to get an invite code. Anyone who enters that code on the Trips tab joins the trip and sees live updates.
On a shared trip's Map screen, tap the location icon to opt in to sharing your position with other trip members. It's foreground-only and can be turned off at any time. A floating banner always shows when it's active.
Budget categories represent your planned spending, not actual expenses. Add activities, accommodations, transport costs, or a standalone "Expense" entry, and optionally attach each to a category or to a specific member's individual budget to track planned-vs-actual spending.
Go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, any trips you own, your membership in shared trips, and your profile from Agdayo's servers. This can't be undone.
